A Lot to say about COVID-19 Coronavirus

By February 28, 2020 Pandemics

I have been reading with much interest about, what some are calling, the coming pandemic called the COVID-19 Coronavirus. It is kind of chilling what some are prognosticating. Rather than simply adding my spin on the matter, let me just point you to some of the better-written articles on the subject. I am pondering writing a More than Meets the Eye edition on it, but I am still looking for the “more than meets the eye” factor that makes it worthy of writing about. I don’t write just because it is interesting. I am writing because I think there is more to be said than is being said. So let me just point you to a couple of articles that are worth you taking the time to read. I would do it for yourself, and I would do it for your friends and your loved ones.

This is a very pragmatic article about the reality of the COVID-19 Coronavirus… https://www.defenseone.com/ideas/2020/02/youre-likely-get-coronavirus/163290/?oref=defenseone_today_nl

This paints a rather strategic picture of what we can expect. I found it prescient and very informative. https://www.defenseone.com/ideas/2020/02/federal-government-should-go-war-coronavirus-today/163401/?oref=defense_one_breaking_nl

This site is a really cool dashboard of the global COVID-19 Coronavirus situation. It is posted by Johns Hopkins University… https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6

This is just a simple post by NPR on how to prepare for it. https://www.npr.org/sections/goatsandsoda/2020/02/26/809650625/a-guide-how-to-prepare-your-home-for-coronavirus?utm_medium=10today.ad3li.20200227.421.1&utm_source=email&utm_content=article&utm_campaign=10-for-today—4.0-styling
